Location Info

All keys are collected from our main offices, as below, do not go directly to the property unless you have booked for one of our staff to meet you at the property at the time of booking.
The keys will be available from 4 PM onwards, departure is at 10 AM. To collect the keys you should follow the directions below.
DIRECTIONS TO KINGASK OFFICE/RECEPTION:
From the Forth Road Bridge take the A92 and follow signs to St. Andrews. Leave St. Andrews on the A917, keeping left to the Crail Coast Rd. Approximately 2 miles from St. Andrews on the left hand side, directly opposite Spinkstown Farmhouse B&B, is the entrance for Kingask House (2 Sandstone pillars at the entrance leading to a white house surrounded by trees). Once you get to the top of the drive follow signs for the office/reception. The postcode is KY16 8PN if you wish to use a route planner. If there is nobody at the office when you arrive the keys will be in an envelope with your name and property booked printed on it, this will also include detailed directions on how to get to the house.

Changeover Notes

Nov-Feb - min 3 night stay any start/departure date apart from Sunday
Feb-Jul - Friday and Monday changeovers with short breaks of 3 or 4 days
Jul - Aug - Friday changeover, full weeks only
Aug-October -Friday and Monday changeovers with short breaks of 3 or 4 days
Christmas - minimum 5 night stay
New Year - full weeks only
