Your holiday property is cleaned thoroughly before your stay. If you are staying for 2 weeks we do a refresh clean after the first 7 days. However, if you would like a more frequent service this can be arranged at an extra charge. Please call the office to discuss your requirements and we will try our best to arrange this. Cost provided on request and availability.


To save you bringing your own travel cot and highchair, you may hire either at an extra cost of £15 each (linen is not provided for the travel cots due to allergy reasons). These can be requested when making your booking or if you already have a booking please feel free to give us a call if and we can ensure they are set up in your house ready for your arrival.


We provide some cleaning supplies, toilet rolls, dish washer tablets and individual shampoo/ body wash and soap for each guest but no food or drink supplies. There are many supermarkets in St Andrews and Crail that are easily accessible for your holiday shop:

Home food deliveries

We would be more than happy for you to organise a food delivery to be delivered for your arrival, should you like to do so. If you require the address of your property, please feel free to give us a call or send an email and we would be delighted to help.


We no longer provide BBQs for your stay. However, the local Morrisons on Largo Road and also Home Improvements on South Street both stock disposable BBQs which are available for purchase if the weather is looking good! Additionally, if you are staying in Crail then the local Co-op or Dans Goods both stock BBQs too. Please make sure you take any old BBQs away with you or dispose of them.


If you are looking for a private chef or catering service during  your stay, St Andrews Event Catering come highly recommended. Alternatively, Morrisons have now set up a ‘food to order’ range, including sandwich platters, savoury platters and cakes which can be ordered and collected from your local store.


With over half of our properties welcoming well behaved pets, we have plenty of choice when it comes to planning your holiday with your 4-legged friend. There is an additional charge of £25 per pet, which can be added upon booking or if you already have a booking with us, just give us a call or an email to let us know they will be coming along. All we ask of our pet-owning guests is that you do not allow your pet on the soft furnishings and clear up any mess they leave in the gardens.


Upon your arrival you will have been given instructions in your booking confirmation to collect your keys from our office, located just outside of St Andrews. We are aware for some this may be an inconvenience if you arrive without a car; we are happy to meet you at your holiday home with keys if you are due to arrive within office hours (9am – 17:30pm Monday to Saturday). There is an additional charge of £25 for this service.

If you are arriving outside of office hours we have a safe situated just outside our office door so you are welcome to collect your keys at any time, regardless how late, at no extra charge.


We are lucky to have an excellent on-site maintenance team who are always on hand to help. We are present in the office to assist with any issues you may have Monday-Saturday 9-5.30pm. For emergencies out with office hours, we are on call 24/7 via our call messaging service, rest assured you will never be stuck!


If you require an extra bed space we have substantial camp beds available at an additional cost of £60 including all bedding, linen, towel and toiletries. These can be added upon booking or if you have a booking already and require one, please give us a call or send an email and we can arrange this for you.


If you or any of your party have any accessibility requirements, please do call the office and we will be able to advise, based on your personal requirements, which properties suit your needs best.


Many of our properties have a designated parking space, if yours is more central you may need to park on-street. Please note any parking restrictions on your street.

St Andrews uses Ringo. You can download this app on your mobile phone to make parking easier. Please ask if you need any assistance.
